Resident reviews
“I moved in in September and was really meticulous in finding my first apartment. I wanted everything to turn out perfect as this is my first apartment. I must say that so far it has surpassed all my expectations. Let me try to answer any questions that I remember having before I moved in. Is the train bad? The closer to belt line you live the worse it is but, overall I have not lost any Sleep from the train And I love about 3 apartments away from the south side of the building. How is the management? Amazing I have have nothing but good experience s with them and they are always there when I need something. Maintenance? Haven't needed anything from them yet. The units are new so nothing has come up yet. I see the maintenance guy a lot though. Noise? Apartments are pretty well insulated (probably because of the train) but if your neighbor has a dog that barks a lot it might not be enough to shield the noise. I have never had issues with this. Is the 6 weeks free thing legit? Yes it is. If the promotion is still active you will get a credit in your account equivalent to 6 weeks rent. They also have a referral program that gives you credit for referring a new member. If this review helped and you end up signing a lease tell them Rolando Martinez referred you please! ??”
“The apartment complex is right next to the interstate and railway. Which is great for commutes, but I currently live next to 35W and it can get very loud. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex because of my past experience.”
“I would not recommend this complex for individuals with dogs simply because of the lack of greenery. There is no safe well kept area to walk the dogs.”
